Because the game was delayed, the devs offered some free cosmetic items which you cannot find on the same website you purchased the patch from. If that happens to you: Steam\steamapps\common\CUSTOM ORDER MAID 3D2 It's a Night Magic\com3d2inmĢ. After unpacking the bundle you'll have to run the patcher - which won't find the game files on its own (didn't in my case). Installation instructions are on the download page. The patch comes in 5 files that will set you back another 9GB (24GB when unpacked).
If you purchase it on Steam you need to go to their website and purchase the $4.50 patch (credit card only, no Paypal - although if it's not your first adult game, you're already familiar with this). It's cheaper on Steam because all of the adult content has been cut. You can buy this game on Steam, on the developer's website (which now has an English version) or on Nutaku.
